Especially when you make them w/regular and sweet potato...mmm, I love sunday breakfast. (And speaking of latkes...the first time I ever made them was with Mollie, visiting her one summer in college - we had latkes and sweet corn on the cob for dinner, as I recall - an odd, but yummy, combination :)
